While working for Decacon I have enjoyed the creating the number of positive relationships built from the work we have performed. Word of mouth has been the key to the success of Decacon while using this as our primary way to reach future clients. While we feel we need to market ourselves, we also feel the pride in knowing that our next client is coming to us from other clients that have used our services in the past and recommended Decacon.
From building a web presence for organizations to maintaining network infrustructers and systems for homes and businesses, I stretched into more fields than I had ever imagined. As a computer technician I have been able to support clients that need help in critical moments in time to get them back online and working with modern technology. I get a lot of pleasure from seeing the sigh of relief when working out configuration issues and glitches. I have learned more on the field than from any school, yet using what I learned from school and on the field to advance myself further along to keep my clients up with technology today.
